Wartburg Theological Seminary is seeking a visionary leader to guide The CaSTLE Project (Country and Small Town Lived Ecclesiology Project)! This transformative initiative, funded by the Lilly Foundation, empowers rural and small-town congregations to thrive in their mission and ministry.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all aspects of this multi-year grant project

  • Manage synodical subgrants and resources with care

  • Collaborate with church leaders to foster flourishing communities

  • Help shape the future of rural and small-town ecclesiology

  • Preferred Start Date: March 1, 2025

  • End Date: December 31, 2029
